Competition
Our summer competition is for all you miniature figure painters. The theme is: Skirmish!
Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by August 29th 2010, midnight (London time)
How to Enter:
- Paint up a single miniature or a duel to the best of your ability (Remember the theme is Skirmish)
- Take a photo of your finished entry looking it’s best
- Take another photo of your entry in front of your monitor showing the Irregular Magazine website, or your printed copy of Irregular Magazine
- Save your photos as .jpg files at 300 dpi
- Email BOTH files to us at: irregularmagazine@gmail.com, along with your name
- Entries must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
Judging:
The Irregular Magazine team will be judging this competition, and we’re looking for creativity, how well each entry suits the theme as well as technical competence.
Prizes:
Dragon Forge Design are sponsoring this competition, with $100 US products up for grabs.
- 1st prize $50 worth of DFD products
- 2nd prize $30 worth of DFD products
- 3rd prize $20 worth of DFD products
Worldwide shipping is included.
Terms and conditions:
- By submitting an entry you are bound by these terms and conditions
- The competition, is promoted by Irregular Magazine in the spirit of enjoyable participation and good fun
- It is free to enter and commences at 00.01 on 12th June 2010 (London time)
- Entrants under the age of 18 should get permission from their parent or guardian before taking part
- Sadly, this competition is not open to residents of countries embargoed by the United States or the United Kingdom
- The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damages, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant
- Multiple entries are permitted
- Prizes will be a awarded to the three best entries as selected by the judges. The judges decision is final
- Prizes are provided by Dragon Forge Design with a combined total value of $100 US. No cash alternative is available
- The prize winners will be contacted by email before October 2nd 2010 and their names and photographs of their entries will appear in issue 6 / autumn 2010 of Irregular
- Other entrants names and entry photographs may also appear in issue 6 / autumn 2010
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems not to be painted by the entrant
- This competition is NOT open to the issue 6 / autumn 2010 cover artist, or members of the Irregular Magazine core team (those who attend regular meetings)
